At the heart of our journey lies an exploration of the Nine Muses and their mother, Mnemosyne, the Titaness of Remembrance, Soul Memory, which is vital for the realisation of our potential.
Through a combination of storytelling, guided meditations, movement, and playful experiential practices, we explore the Initiatory Journey of the 9 Muses. The practices offer different ways to connect with ourselves, awaken our intuition and remembrance, and express our creativity, so that we listen more deeply to what truly matters.
There is space for reflection, movement, discovery, and joy. No special experience or prior knowledge is needed; only curiosity and a willingness to participate.
