In this online course, we will explore twelve archetypes, six female and six male, discovering the qualities, gifts and challenges each one represents. Through their myths and symbols, we will open a space for self discovery, reflection and a deeper connection with ourselves.

Together, we will explore what Aphrodite can teach us about love and beauty, what Athena reveals about wisdom, what Apollo inspires in our search for harmony, and what the other gods and goddesses can show us about the many dimensions of our human experience.

Each archetype offers a different perspective, inviting us to recognize parts of ourselves we already know, discover qualities waiting to unfold and approach our lives with fresh eyes.

A journey of discovery

Through the myths and stories of the twelve deities, we will explore how their archetypes may manifest in our everyday lives, our relationships, our dreams and our personal journeys.

We will reflect on the qualities we express naturally, the strengths we can nurture and the aspects of ourselves that invite greater awareness and understanding.

Through experiential exercises and guided practices, we will also explore how working with myth and symbolism can open new pathways of perception, bring unconscious patterns into awareness and support the healing and integration of different aspects of the psyche.
