A Journey Through the Valley
Our trail winds through the beautiful countryside around Knossos, passing the Agia Eirini Aqueduct, small traditional churches, open green fields and fragrant pine forests.
Rather than simply walking from one historical point to another, we take our time to notice the landscape around us - the sounds, scents, light, and changing scenery - allowing the ancient landscape to become part of the experience.
At selected points along the trail, we pause for guided meditations and simple energy practices, inviting you to slow down, become present, and experience the land in a more intimate, healing way.
Stories from Ancient Crete
As we walk, mythology becomes our guide.
Through stories connected with Crete, Knossos and the ancient Greek world, we explore some of the ideas and symbols that have shaped the imagination of this island for thousands of years.
Rather than a traditional history lecture, these stories are woven naturally into the walk, creating moments for reflection and conversation.
Walking, Meditation & Energy Work
The trail is a moderate hike, suitable for those who enjoy hiking and have a good level of physical fitness
Along the route, we will incorporate:

You don't need any previous experience with meditation or energy work. Everything is guided, and you are welcome to participate at your own level.
