The Call of the Muses
In ancient Greek cosmology, the Nine Muses were the daughters of inspiration, the arts, science, knowledge, and creative expression. Daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne, the Titaness of Remembrance, they were understood as sources of inspiration who awakened the human capacity to create, perceive, and give meaning to experience. The word Muse itself derives from a verb that means: the quest to truly understand something to its core.
The Soul sometimes needs a gentle nudge from Spirit; a spark of inspiration that helps us see what we could not see before, remember what matters, or take a step towards something new.
The Muses offer us a beautiful symbolic language through which to explore these moments of awakening.

Through talks, storytelling, symbolism, guided visualisation, meditation, and experiential practices, we explore the meanings carried by the myths and the ways they resonate within our own lives.
We will learn, reflect, move, and breathe into the discomfort of what feels unfamiliar. We will approach the unknown with curiosity, allowing ourselves to question old perspectives, discover new possibilities, and continue playing the beautiful game of soul exploration.
There is room for both depth and lightness, for contemplation and play, for the known and the not-yet-discovered.
